Are all full of recruiters! This is the most frustrating part of finding a new job is weeding through the recruiters and finding a direct contact for a company. Albeit not all recruiters are bad I would like to say that ninety percent of the recruiters out there now have lost the art of making the connection between the hiring manager and the candidate. I do not want to turn this into a rant but if I see one more position from Cybercoders or K-Force staffing I am going to pull my hair out.
Additionally if anyone knows any resources for finding jobs directly with the clients please post your sources in the comments, it would be greatly appreciated.
